A ninth grade student was shot in the head by another night grader. The victim was taken to the Huntsville Hospital while his attacker is now in custody of the police. No one else was hurt in that incident.

Police say the shooting was held at 1:30 pm, Friday. There will be a news conference about the shooting at Discovery Middle School at 4:30 pm.
