Real Estate Boom

Whenever I see new high rise buildings and condominiums being constructed I can’t help but be in awe. There’s a property boom in the Philippines and everybody is feeling it. OFWs are grabbing up the chance to own a condominium of their own while others are looking to buy their own house and lot. I can’t blame them because a house is our prized possession. It’s a dream of every family to have their own house. At the same time, a house is a good investment too so when families buy one they are killing two birds in one stone, so to speak.

Anyway, for a blogger like me my real estate are my domains. These are my bread and butter in the internet and that’s also the reason I own more than one blog. It has served me well for the past five years and I am glad I took the first step in investing in my first domain. Anyway, if you want to create your own blog or website you can try IM creator and set it up for free. This way you can start right away and there’s no need to learn about programming or setting up your own website.

Real estate is definitely booming. They say that more high-rise buildings and residential areas are to be constructed this year and would also provide more jobs to laborers. I do pray to be blessed this year so we can purchase our own house as well.

Paula, I hope my blogs will be my bread and butter soon. I want to really stay at home and be with my son and my future children. Thank you for bringing BC Blogger, if not for this, my blog will just remain as is.

Glad to read about the real estate boom. The real estate here has also skyrocketed recently making it extremely expensive and difficult for young couples to be able to purchase their 1st apartment.

I am in awe not only of high rises but also of bloggers who own more than one domain. I think that’s a great feat since blogging is very challenging.

It took a lot of courage for me to buy a domain for my cooking site. I’m just happy I did it. I suppose it’s just like buying a house, too huh? :) Nice one!

Thanks for the suggestion, Paula. And you’re right, there’s a property boom in the Philippines. My mom’s in the real estate industry, and we can see it right away.

I am just learning the ropes on this little piece of real estate in the blogosphere. I hope someday, sis, you can share your experiences with blogging. Like, Ive been recently getting queries on guestposts and links from direct advertisers and I don’t even know how much I should charge haha. If i have known we can own our little pieces of real estate in the blogosphere a long time ago sana!

Real estate is definitely booming! Be careful when you invest in them. While you are being convinced to get one, they make it sound so easy. But when you’ve already paid the DP, that’s when all sorts of stuff to get accomplished that make it messy! :D
