Do you guys tweet? I maybe the only one who doesn’t know how to tweet. I do have a twitter account but I haven’t posted there since forever. But I heard a lot of people are having fun with twitter. They said they frequent it more than Facebook. I think twitter appeals more for people who are on the go. While they are waiting for the elevator to arrive or waiting for their turn at the cafeteria there’s nothing more tempting than checking their smartphones for their friend’s tweets. Since twitter is not a bulky site – unlike Facebook who I heard is having trouble with its mobile platform – people find it easier to use on their phones.
Anyway, I might start using twitter again now that I have less and less time in front of the computer. Ever since my helper left me I’m at home stuck with my chores. Don’t worry because I’m enjoying every minute of it. Although I admit sometimes I still look longingly at my laptop. haha!
If there’s one problem I have with twitter it’s the fact that I have just a handful of followers. Good thing I heard Social Clerks is giving you free twitter followers. The concept is really simple. First, you join and then add your twitter account. Follow other user’s twitter accounts and you get one point. When another user follows your twitter your one point is used up. The more you engage, the more points you’ll have and the more followers you’ll have in return. You can do this once a day for five minutes every day and in a month you’ll have earned yourself a lot of followers. These are real people too unlike in some programs where they give you fake accounts.
So do you think you’ll want to try this. I am going to try it right now and see the results. Tell me if you joined too, okay?
I rarely use Twitter but what I did is I linked it to my FB account. That way, twitter gets updated pa rin once in a while. I have several followers there…there’s this unwritten rule that you follow back those who follow you…of course you can’t expect that from high profile people hehehe….
I still don’t get much of what the hype is all about twitter…I’m probably still living in some sort of cave hehehe
I don’t like that site, it says it’s free to hoard followers but you must follow everyone first. I still believe joining giveaway signups is the fastest way to increase social media followers.

I’m a heavy Twitter user and I enjoy this micro-blog site a lot. It’s where I update friends/followers quickly of anything I want to share. It’s a platform also for me to announce a recent post or share other notable posts. It’s where I get some showbiz chismis. I have not tried that free twitter follower app. I think I am more comfortable being followed by people I genuinely know I can connect to.
I am afraid to join this stuff because my account might get hacked. 3,400 followers now is alright with me. will continue to read your post if this one is safe enough
i don’t have a twitter account yet…i know it’s a responsibility once I have opened an account, i’m not yet ready to add up my social responsibilities
i linked my fb and twitter so when i post on fb it is posted on my twit too! ill try this and i hope itll work

I use twitter too very often. I too tie it in with my FB and blog so any new posting on my blog goes to twitter and facebook automatically. To increase twitter followers I have joined many giveaways (help host them) and it does help.
Wow! It would be nice to follow you on twitter. I followed other bloggers that I love and that’s how I know they have new blog post.
I have twitter, too, but haven’t been updating. Haha. I think my life’s too boring to share. Haha.

Nice share of information. I also do use other sites that have the same service like social clerks. You have to choose the sites that offers real, not fake, followers though.
I do have a twitter account but it’s only used for sharing blogposts. I don’t even know how to use hashtags and stuff. Some advertisers though take into consideration the number of followers in a blogger’s twitter account so I may just try Social Clerks. Thanks for sharing this info, sis!
Interesting sis Pau but I don’t much use twitter too. I just do it connected with my blogs and I don’t even know how many followers I have in my account. I am too lazy you know.

super love twitter than facebook nowadays.. BC bloggers should have an active twitter too. Tweeting the announcement and easy communication for the members too if they have questions and suggestions. hehe 
or we (BC blogger peeps) can just follow each other (my username is ‘heyladyspring’ btw!) XD I’m already following a few people there (Rochelle & Sumi). It’s a little bit like a diary but you update with random things like what you’re eating, where you’re going etc., It’s also a good place to share what and who you’re reading.
And lately it’s where I get updated on what’s happening around the world. On the search option..you can type “pagasa” “earthquake” “GoUSTe” *lol* and you’ll see tweets from everyone who typed those particular words.
I think I’ll try this Mommy P. I have a twitter account for almost 2 yrs now but only has a handful of followers. My daughter has even more followers than me coz she’s very popular at school (coz of Dancesport).
I’ll update you when I’ll get a positive feedback from this.

Am a twitter-head, if there’s such a thing. You can actually get the latest updates from the proper sources if you are following them. That’s why I appreciate this link you’ve shared. I’m not using my Twitter that much. But believe it or not sis, I have around 100 of followers from I don’t know who and where they came from, hahaha!

I also find twitter more useful to me. I’m now more into it these days. Also, my daughters are using it more often so I have no choice but to be there too. Now I am loving it there. Also, it’s more private in Twitter.

I have twitter and it’s good to have if you want to be constantly updated as news are tweeted before they reach the us through the usual media – print, TV, etc. Social Clerks sound interesting though, will give it a try and see how it goes

I’m on Twitter as @verabear. I’m on it less and less though, but there are times when it’s just so fun to go through the timeline and then jump in and say just what you want. I got followers by following interesting people and other bloggers too. And then sometimes you get more followers you don’t even know. hehe

try to use twitterfeed as well to update your followers on your recent blog posts or perhaps link your favorite sites and get updates from them as well…
