Can’t Get Enough of Shrimp Tempura

My husband and I really can’t get enough of Tokyo Tokyo’s tempura. So last Sunday we ate there again for the nth time.

The kids think fries is the best food ever. I wonder when they’ll realize Mommy was right and tempura beats their fries any time. hehe

Anyway, I promise to try cooking another batch of homemade shrimp tempura again so that we can have this at home anytime we want. But instead of using flour I will use breadcrumbs as a breading.

    Paula, I suggest you try FEB for breading any meat. Flour, Egg and Breadcrumbs. After you seasoned the meat with salt and pepper (sometimes I soak it first in calamansi juice), roll the meat in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Can’t blame you for loving Tokyo Tokyo shrimp tempura. Really tempting.

      Jona – Ay ganun ba yun? Sige will try this next time. We do this for pork chop but I never thought pwde din pala sa shrimp. Thanks! :)
