Kuya’s 7th Birthday Part 2

7 years is a big deal for kids. While some parents opt to give parties, my husband and I want to give them the experience of travel. So for Kuya’s 7th birthday, we are all going to Bohol! Traveling is one of the best movement activities for children. I know we’ll be exercising our inactive muscles from all the walking we have to do to see the different tourist spots (not to mention swimming too!) in Bohol.

During his actual birthday, we were busy at the mall buying some swimming outfits. Our first stop was Bench but we didn’t find anything we liked there. Except for Kuya who took a liking to this red cap.

At the department store, the choices were limited. Good thing we found some things we like for the kids.

Kuya like this wetsuit.

I told him to try another one but he didn’t like this. So we just bought the first. We also bought one for little Zack but I forgot to take a picture. You’ll just see it in the next posts.

We bought a few more things for the kids but we couldn’t find anything for ourselves so we decided to call it a day.

But before we went home we bought something special for the birthday boy.

Here’s hubby and Kuya with his Goldilocks cake.

At home, little Zack wanted to go immediately to Mommy. Sorry for leaving you behind, Zack, but we had some serious shopping to do.

When we opened the birthday cake we found out it got ruined on the way home! Kuya said he might have leaned on it but he’s not sure.

Don’t worry, we can still eat it. Happy Birthday, anak!
